Postdoctoral Position in Epigenomics

Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join a project aimed at characterizing chromatin dynamics during development and growth in the flowering plant Arabidopsis. Our group is focusing on the study of chromatin-based mechanisms involved in the control of gene expression and transposable element silencing, using genomic, bioinformatic and genetic approaches. The Ecole Normale Supérieure is part of the prestigious scientific campus of the “Montagne Sainte-Geneviève” in central Paris.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a PhD in the field of Molecular Genetics or Genomics. People seeking to work in a multidisciplinary environment are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in plant research is desirable, but not essential.
Salary Details: Depending on experience, salary will be in the range of 2200 - 2900 euros /month.
