Research Focus: Chromatin Genomics

Our lab is interested in the role of chromatin proteins in the control of gene expression programs. The coordinated regulation of thousands of genes in a eukaryotic cell involves a huge number of interactions between hundreds of chromatin proteins and their target genes. Understanding these complex networks of interactions will require new experimental and conceptual approaches.
