• Antibody Database compiles information on antibodies used in epigenetic studies and applications. The database aims to become an "independent" platform with information provided by expert users.
• MethTools is a popular toolbox used to visualize and analyze DNA methylation data. Recently upgraded, it is recommended by one of our protocol authors and the interface reproduced with permission of the programmer.
